All Inclusive Ministries
Vision
Based in Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Toronto, Canada, All Inclusive Ministries (AIM) is a welcoming, safe, and affirming Catholic community. We serve as a bridge between the Church and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender persons. We also welcome their families and friends.
We envision a time when all the children of God participate fully in all aspects of life within the Church and society.
Mission
AIM hosts a monthly gathering every fourth Saturday of the month where people have an opportunity to share their stories, connect with others, and celebrate the sacraments, most especially a monthly Mass where everyone can feel free to worship in a supportive environment.
Other programming that AIM provides includes opportunities for community life, outreach, education, and spiritual growth (e.g. Christmas gathering, promotional events, lectures, film screenings, workshops, and spiritual exercises).
AIM encourages participation in other Parish ministries such as the Music Ministry, Social Justice Ministry, the R.C.I.A., and the St. Vincent De Paul Food Bank.

AIM invites all baptized Catholics in the diversity of their sexual orientation and gender identity to full participation in the life, worship, and mission of the Church. Our values center on our Catholic faith and include:

Our History
Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Catholics are a long standing and involved community within the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. We participate in all aspects of Parish life, including serving in a wide array of ministries and supporting the growth and formation of the Parish community. In addition, we have gathered together over the years to celebrate Mass, receive the Holy Sacraments and to connect, share, and grow in our experience as one of the diverse communities within the Church.
AIM was formed in 2012, signalling the next exciting step in our growth as a formal ministry. We feel blessed by this renewal, and we hope that our faith and community formation will continue to grow, strengthen, and provide opportunities for broader outreach to lesbians, gays, and transgender persons.

All Inclusive Ministries (AIM) is a welcoming, safe, and affirming Catholic community. We serve as a bridge between the Church and the LGBTQ+ community. We also welcome their families and friends. We envision a time when all the children of God participate fully in all aspects of life within the Church and society. AIM offers spaces for spiritual development and growth for LGBTQ+ Catholics.
We welcome all members who support AIM’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
AIM members in good standing have the right to vote at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
